Conditions for obtaining service

  • The applicant shall be a Jordanian national.
  • The applicant should justify the purpose of requesting the information

Procedures

  1. The applicant shall submit the request with two methods:
  • Electronic request through the public service office in the main building of the Ministry.
  • Electronic request via the website.
  1. The application shall be received by the information officer.
  2. The response on the information request shall be prepared in collaboration with the concerned party in the Ministry.
  3. Responding to the application or denying it within a period of two weeks as a maximum from the day following the date of submitting the application.
  4. Refraining from response within the determined period is considered a decision of rejection.
